Home Visits

Doctor's bagWhilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:30a.m.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Most of our visits are carried out by our home visiting ANP.  She works very closely with all our GPs and discusses your care with them as required.  Please give our receptionists full information when requesting a home visit.

If the visit is required urgently please make this clear.

Should you believe the patients condition might be life-threatening please dial 999.

Only in exceptional circumstances will home visits be made to children.
