You can order your prescription in the following ways:-

1/ Using EMIS patient Access.  This is the easiest way to order repeat medication.  Please telephone the surgery to get this set up for you.

2/ You can post your request in our letterbox at the front door.

3/ You can send your request in the post to us.

DO NOT COME INTO THE PRACTICE TO DELIVER YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO THE RECEPTIONIST, PLEASE POST IN THE BOX AT THE FRONT DOOR.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUERY WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION PLEASE TELEPHONE THE PRACTICE, DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE TO DO THIS.

Some pharmacies may also offer a re-order service.

It is your responsibility to order your medication at least 5 working days in advance.

Medication Reviews

There are occasions when you will need to be reviewed by a clinician before further medication will be prescribed to you.  Please ensure you book these appointments in plenty of time to ensure there is no delay to the issue of your next prescription.
